Thai Cooking Demonstration

Regenstein Fruit & Vegetable Garden
Chef Wilairat will give a Thai cooking demonstration at the Fruit & Vegetable Garden’s open-air amphitheater. Featured dishes include Nua Nam Tok (grilled beef with ground, roasted sticky rice) and sago pudding with taro and young coconut. Seating is limited.

Watch a traditional Thai folk dance from the Department of Culture Promotion, Ministry of Culture, Thailand. The program will include the Long Drum Dance—a joyful folk drum dance—and Fon Khonsawan, a traditional local folk dance from Savannakhet Province along the Mekong River.
