Grapes & Hops: A Celebration of Wine and Beer

Because you are a member of the Chicago Botanic Garden, your Grapes & Hops ticket order is important to us. Please follow these steps to assist with your online ticket purchase for this event:

FIRST-TIME TICKET BUYERS will be asked to sign up in order to register with Ticketmaster as a Garden Member. This enables you to access your discounted tickets for Grapes & Hops. There are no obligations associated with registering. You will need your Chicago Botanic Garden membership number to complete this process. Only current members are eligible for online purchases. To renew your Garden membership, please go to www.chicagobotanic.org/renewal.

When purchasing advance tickets online, Ticketmaster service fees apply. For member tickets, there is a $1.50 fee per ticket. Nonmembers will be charged a $2.00 fee per ticket. If you would like tickets mailed to you, there is a $2.50 per order mailing fee. You may also select Will Call as your delivery option and your reservation will be listed at the event entrance at the Garden on the day of your visit. There is no fee for the Will Call option.
If your membership number is invalid, please click on the membership information tab to obtain information about renewing your membership.
If you have recently become a member and your log-in is still invalid, your membership information may not have been activated. If you experience any difficulty placing your order, please call our hotline at (847) 835-5440. Service representatives are available daily from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
