Water-bath canning is a safe and easy method of home food preservation. In this cooking class, you will learn the process for making and preserving fruit jams and vegetable pickles, including food safety, dos and don’ts, and the basic equipment needed to get started. You will leave with the confidence to begin preserving the harvest at home.
