Blue Glow Agave
This solitary (forming only 1 rosette) agave features blue green leaves edged in red and cream. The lateral spines are relatively soft but the red terminal spine is stout and to be avoided. This hybrid is relatively small growing (about two foot in size) and has proven to be hardy down to at least 20 degrees F. Use in containers in cold climates for a landscape accent or directly in the ground in warmer gardens.
