Vision in Pink Chinese Astilbe

'Vision in Pink' has thick plumes of soft pink flowers on top of mounded blue-green foliage. The soft fluffy panicles are comprised of tiny, densely packed flowers which bloom in late spring to summer. 'Vision in Pink' grows to 12 to 15 inches high. It does well in partial shade to shade and will add a welcome touch of color to a shady garden. It is resistant to rabbits and deer. This is an excellent cut flower. After the blooms have died, the stalks with the dried seed heads are often left in place for winter interest.
