Star of Billion Astrantia

Pure white flowers are surrounded by white bracts with green tips and are produced in branched umbels continuously from late June up to the first hard frost. This plant attracts butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds to the garden, but deer and rabbits don't like the taste of the leaves or flowers. Plant 'Star of Billion' in full sun and in average soil, and water enough to establish the root system and thereafter during droughts.
