Bressingham White Bergenia

White heartleaf bergenia (Bergenia 'Bressingham White') produces the very palest of pink buds that mature to white flowers held well above the glossy deep green foliage. This perennial appreciates a bit of shade in the afternoons but otherwise is a hardy perennial for the Chicago area in moist soils. It was bred by noted British horticulturist and plant breeder Alan Bloom.
