Overdam feather reed grass is a clump-forming ornamental grass that grows to a maximum height of 3 feet. It requires full sun with moderate to moist water conditions. From July to February it produces pink and green blooms that give way to brown and tan fruit that attracts birds. The plant is used as a specimen or in a border.
