Chinese Rose Bauble Iris
Violet-lavender flowers are accented with a gold/white blotch and deep purple veining at the base of the falls. This unusual iris hybrid features parents in different divisions of the Iris genus that do not normally hybridize. Genes from the Siberian iris parent provide the ability to thrive in soils usually too moist for most tall bearded irises. Plant this iris in full sun and moderately well-drained soil, and protect it in early spring from herbivores.
