Large, yellow daisy-like flowers are produced about a foot above the 3-foot masses of large bold textured, deeply cut, deep green leaves. This is an ideal plant for moist, shady locations in the garden or those areas that receive supplemental irrigation during dry periods. It is relatively pest- and disease-free but does not respond well to dry-ish soils.
