Purple Moor Grass

Moorhexe is an upright clump-forming grass that grows 36 inches tall and 18 inches wide. Moorhexe, a German word that means moor witch, has narrow green leaves that turn golden yellow in the fall and is topped by deep purple flower spikes from July through September.
