Yellow Supreme Marigold
Soft yellow double blooms whose petals are ruffled provide a "crepe-paper" appearance on this historic (1935) annual. Great for cut flowers or a middle location in a flower border where the 3-foot height will fit in. Moderately well-drained soils in full sun are ideal. Avoid heavy fertilization to encourage more flowers and less vegetative growth. In very dry weather, it is prone to spider mites but otherwise pest resistant while providing a habitat for lace wing and lady bug beneficial insects.
