Handmade chocolates make a wonderful holiday gift. In this demonstration baking class, you will learn about tempering and crystallizing chocolate, making ganache, and methods for dipping and molding chocolates. Recipes include molded and filled bonbon and hand-dipped truffles. You will have the chance to help prepare the recipes.
