In this hands-on cooking class, you will get tips and techniques to prepare two different versions of this nature-inspired, festive dessert: gingerbread cake with a brown butter Frangelico frosting and a genoise cassata cake with whipped ricotta amaretto frosting under a glaçage au chocolate.
