New! Fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices infused in vinegar and water add flavor to foods and beverages. You will learn the unique qualities of these flavor enhancers, sample different flavors, and make a refreshing shrub and a tasty syrup using seasonal ingredients. Bring a small bag or box to transport your beverages home.
