Adult Ed Horticulture Ornamental Plant Certificate Late-Season Plants with Purpose Copyright Liz Paine

Explore some of the most beneficial and beautiful fall plants for home gardens. Trees, shrubs, and late-season perennials that continue to provide color, structure, and textural interest are essential to beautiful gardens. When beauty is combined with providing food for wildlife, stems and trunks for butterflies to lay their eggs, and shelter for overwintering pollinators and birds, then a garden becomes an aesthetic habitat of purpose. A Garden walk is included. Dress for the weather.
