Nest into deep breathing, slow-paced, and gentle movements. Then ease into a restorative posture and practice yoga sleep, also called yoga nidra, a restful meditation that guides you through progressively deeper stages of consciousness, integrating body, energy, and mind. For the best experience, have candles, a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow ready for the class, all from the comfort of your own home.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
