Adult Ed Wellness Laugh for Health

Laughter is the best medicine and laughter yoga is a novel and effective way to navigate the stressors of daily life. This fun, interactive workshop combines simulated laughter exercises with breathing techniques to produce a wide range of physical, psychological, and emotional benefits. Medical research shows that even if you pretend to laugh, your body produces “happiness chemicals.” Suitable for all levels, from giggles to roars. Dress for comfort.
