Cutleaf Norway Maple
The Norway Maple is native to eastern and central Europe as well as southwest Asia. It is a medium sized deciduous tree that can reach a height and width of 50 feet. It is extremely hardy and tolerant of a wide range of soil and moisture conditions, but prefers dry conditions once established. It is also tolerant of street pollution. It has pointed, lobed leaves which are a "typical" maple shape and are very deeply cut. Fall color is an attractive yellow.
