Butterfly Bush
BUZZ Purple Butterfly Bush
Delightfully fragrant, intense purple-pink flowers are produced on long, tapered spikes from late May until frost. This cultivar grows to a maximum of four feet in size and, like other butterfly bushes, will regrow from the root system after a hard winter. Plant 'Sunny Morning' in full sun and in well-drained soil. Deadheading (removing old flower spikes) will promote additional flushes of flowers. Butterflies, moths, and hummingbirds are strongly attracted to the nectar produced by the flowers.
