Rope like branclets covered with tightly held awl-like needles are a feature of this compact rounded dwarf maturing at 3' x 3'. The green foliage takes on bronzy highlights with the cooler temperatures of winter. Plant in full sun in acidic, well drained, moist soils. Free of most insect and disease pests.
