Common Snowdrop

Common Snowdrop needs full sun to partial shade and moist soil conditions to reach a height of 9 inches by late April to early May. In late winter they produce showy, fragrant white blooms with green markings on the inner whorl of petals. It is resistant to deer and rabbits. Snowdrops make an indeal groundcover beneath large deciduous trees like oaks and maples where they can complete their life cycle before the trees leaf out.
