Mary Todd Daylily
Mary Todd daylily has large, 6-inch, buff-buttery yellow colored, early season flowers. In milder climates, the foliage is green all year round. This is a lovely addition to any garden. Although each flower lasts only one day, there are multiple buds on each stalk and several stalks on each plant. The buds open in series, so a single plant will continue to bloom for 2 weeks or more. It is easy to grow and does well in full sun to part shade. Mary Todd has been awarded the Stout Silver Medal, Honorable Mention, and Award of Merit.
