Green Spice Coral Bells

Green Spice Coral Bells has an attractive fresh green leaf decorated with a silvery frosted central section and dark venation. Primarily grown for its decorative leaves in spring and summer, it adds drama with tall scapes of foamy cream flowers in early summer. Green Spice Coral Bells has outstanding red and orange fall color and, in milder climates, the colorful leaves remain decorative all winter. It grows well in full to partial sun locations. Green Spice Coral Bells will attract birds, bees and is resistant to deer. Its mature size is a small mound 9 inches tall by 16 inches wide, with the flowers increasing the height to 28 inches. It will be lovely in containers and work well on the front edge of mixed border plantings. It can also work well when planted in large numbers as a groundcover. This Heuchera was introduced by Terra Nova Nurseries in 1995.
