Nodding Star-of-Bethlehem

Plant this perennial bulb 4 inches deep in the fall. In spring it produces semi-erect, strap-shaped leaves 12 to 16 inches long, each with a central stripe above. In spring it bears one-sided bloom stalks of up to 20 semi-pendant, funnel-shaped, silvery white flowers about 1 inches across, broadly striped green outside. If it is growing abundantly, it may become invasive.
