Minnie Pearl Phlox

Phlox ‘Minnie Pearl’ grows to 12 - 15 inches high and blooms in late spring to early summer with fragrant white flowers. This was found in Mississippi and is considered to be a naturally occurring hybrid of Phlox maculata. It is mildew resistant and hardy in zones 4 -8. The genus name is from the Greek word phlox meaning flame in reference to the many bright colors of some varieties.
