Creeping buttercup is a diminutive Eurasian perennial capable of covering large areas. The foliage of 'Buttered Popcorn' is yellow-green with blotches of frosty pale green. It produces small yellow flowers in mid-spring. Its best use is as a filler in semi-shady areas between other perennials. It needs to be contained or it will creep into lawns.
