Hands-on Cooking: Indian Breads

If there is anything that will make you fall in love with Indian food, it is the bread. Stuffed with fresh vegetables of your choice, and layered in delectable butter, these breads are the star of every meal. In this cooking class, you will make varieties of north Indian flatbreads, commonly known as parathas. Sample instructor-prepared bread and make your own dough to take home and finish cooking.
