Adult Ed Horticulture Resilient Trees in a Changing Climate

New! Explore the variety of climate-resilient tree species that can help mitigate the effects of climate change and learn about the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society’s tree programs. Discover recommended tree species and cultivars that provide ecological functions and are resilient to a variety of challenging conditions including urban settings, heat and humidity, poor drainage, varying temperatures, and diseases. You will learn predictive approaches and why these tools are critical to ensuring a thriving future for the urban forest and street trees. 

This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
