Online In the dreariest time of the year, there is still foraging to be done. Learn about the different edible parts of plants to look out for on your next winter walk. Keep wildcrafting and connecting to nature all season long. We will discuss a variety of trees, roots, and fruits (yes fruits!), you can forage during the colder months of the year, and we will share several recipes featuring winter-foraged foods.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
