Chair and Cane Yang 24 Tai Chi

In this gentle class, learn a selection of the 24 Yang forms to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation, while seated in a chair or using a cane for support. Emphasizing mindful movement and mental focus, this class offers a supportive environment for all participants. Chairs are provided, and canes are optional—please bring your own cane if you would like to use one.
