Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic conditions, or simply looking for a gentle way to stay active, chair yoga offers a compassionate and effective approach to maintaining and improving your health and wellness. Experience this gentle form of yoga sitting in a chair or standing and using a chair for support and stabilization. Learn strategies to decrease stress and increase range of motion through yoga breathing and stretching. No prior yoga experience is required.
