New! Chair yoga offers a compassionate and effective approach to maintaining and improving your health and wellness. Experience this gentle form of yoga sitting in a chair or standing and using a chair for support and stabilization. No prior yoga experience is required.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
