Yang-style tai chi is a beautiful, slow-moving meditation in motion. Move through a selection from the 24 forms and some qi gong. Select this course level if you are experienced with the movements and practice of the Yang form and have previously taken tai chi classes at the Garden. About your class location: Class locations vary between spaces in the Regenstein Center according to the season, weather, and availability. Spaces include two indoor rooms: Burnstein Hall and Nichols Hall, and the outdoor, covered, McGinley Pavilion. Semesters starting in January and April both feature indoor classes only. Classes in the semester beginning in May will be held outdoors whenever possible. Dress for the weather.
