Gentle Yoga

Experience gentle yoga for well-being in a relaxing and inclusive environment designed for all levels of fitness. Enjoy a combination of gentle breathing, stretching, meditation, and relaxation with attention placed on the seated and reclining postures. Come and enjoy a sense of peace and balance. You should be able to transition between standing and seated positions during class. Bring a yoga mat.
