Adult Ed Wellness Laugh for Health

Laughter is the best medicine and laughter yoga is a novel and effective way to navigate the stressors of daily life. This fun, interactive workshop combines simulated laughter exercises with breathing techniques to produce a wide range of physical, psychological, and emotional benefits. Suitable for all levels, from giggles to roars.
