Learn movements from the simplified Yang 8 tai chi form and the ancient Eight Pieces of Brocade qi gong form. Connect with your body, enhancing your ability to age gracefully while enjoying the health benefits of regular tai chi and qi gong practice. All levels welcome.
Class locations vary between spaces in the Regenstein Center according to the season, weather, and availability. Spaces include two indoor rooms: Burnstein Hall and Nichols Hall, and the outdoor, covered, McGinley Pavilion. Classes held from May through September will occur outdoors whenever possible. Dress for the weather. Classes held from October through April feature indoor classes only.
