The Certificate Program Graduation will be held annually to honor the certificate program graduates. If you will have completed your certificate program you must register with the Adult Education Office to be included in this year's ceremony. 

Please submit a form for each certificate program you have completed. After receiving your submission, the Adult Education staff will compose a progress report within 2 weeks to confirm certificate program completion.
