Observing patterns is central to predicting weather and understanding climate. We will consider the conditions that meteorologists use to predict weather, and we will create simple models to understand concepts like warm and cold fronts, the Coriolis force, high- and low-pressure systems, and more. We will distinguish between weather and climate to understand how both affect the environment.
